As you know, our mission at Nevaeh is to welcome our guests into a stress-free relaxing environment. We take pride in spending quality time with you and creating a revitalizing atmosphere.  In order to better serve you in our mission, we request that children not be brought to the salon unless they are booked for a reservation.  We have this policy in place not only for your child’s protection but to minimize distraction for our guests in the salon.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this policy may cause, but appreciate you understanding and taking care to observe it.

Also, we request for the courtesy of 24 hours or more advanced notice before your reservation if you need to cancel or reschedule your service.  This permits us to contact and accommodate other guests who desire to get in.   If a reservation is not cancelled before 24 hours or results in a no-show, you may be subject to a charge for the whole service missed.

Our tribe works hard to give their guests the best service possible and we take great pride in our work, therefore we guarantee our services you receive.  In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your service results, we will gladly do a complimentary fine-tuning within seven days of your original reservation with the same stylist.  If, however, we are notified after the allotted time, we may charge a fee for additional services provided.

We carry gift certificates that you may customize for any services we offer and/or any amount you choose.

We reserve the right to adjust price without notice.
